These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Novus Broker Technology, Inc. ("Quantasana," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Quantasana website (quantasana.com), mobile application, in-person sessions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Quantasana provides a vibroacoustic wellness system combining guided breathwork protocols, precision-tuned sound frequencies, and tactile vibration delivered through a purpose-built lounge chair and companion app. Our services include in-person sessions at our Plano, TX location and digital experiences through the Quantasana app.
Quantasana is a wellness product, not a medical device. Our services are designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The protocols and frequencies used in our sessions are informed by published research but have not been evaluated by the FDA.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or are under medical treatment, consult your healthcare provider before using Quantasana services. You use Quantasana services at your own risk.
Booking and deposits: In-person sessions are booked through our website. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are applied toward the session fee.
Cancellation policy: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Session conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if we believe a participant's behavior poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or our equipment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Assumption of risk: By participating in an in-person session, you acknowledge that vibroacoustic therapy involves physical vibration applied to the body, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are stated in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@quantasana.com.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and the Quantasana name and branding — are owned by Novus Broker Technology, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit content through the Service (such as session notes, feedback, or community posts), you grant Quantasana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantasana and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantasana, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
